7. Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all transactions between Wilde Built Tactical, LLC (“WBT”) and the dealer named above (the “Company”). Scroll to read all of them.

A. Licensing & Legal Compliance

  1. The Company holds a valid FFL and, where required, a valid CFD number with the California Department of Justice.
  2. The Company holds all State and local resale certificates, permits, and licenses required for its business.
  3. The Company will comply with all U.S. export licensing requirements, including U.S. Department of State (ITAR) and Department of Commerce (BIS) regulations.
  4. The Company will make every effort to prevent the illegal transfer or use of firearms, including straw purchases, and will cooperate with federal, state, and local agencies during any investigation.
  5. The Company will ensure every firearm transferred to an individual complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

B. Shipping Firearms to WBT

  1. The Company will submit a WBT Dealer Intake Form before every shipment to WBT. Firearms that arrive without an intake form may be held until one is received, and turnaround begins once WBT has both the firearm and the form.
  2. Items marked “Call First” on the WBT price list must be approved by WBT before they are shipped. Items listed as not accepted will be refused or returned at the Company’s expense.
  3. Firearms sent to WBT without permission or prior arrangement that cannot be converted will incur a service charge.
  4. Firearms sent to WBT that require no compliance work will still incur a service charge.
  5. For any product shipped to WBT by mistake, the Company must provide a prepaid return label. WBT does not generate return labels for firearms sent in error.

C. Conversion Services

  1. WBT converts firearms to comply with California and applicable local law. This may require permanent or semi-permanent modification, removal, or replacement of parts, which may void the manufacturer’s warranty or change the firearm’s appearance. The Company will not hold WBT responsible for these changes.
  2. Converted firearms may not be able to be returned to their original (OEM) configuration.
  3. The conversion method is at WBT’s sole discretion unless another method was requested on the intake form or agreed to in advance.
  4. Rifles ship with the OEM magazine. WBT does not block magazines. The Company is responsible for holding any permits required to receive, possess, and transfer the magazines included with each firearm.
  5. Orders are processed first in, first out. Standard turnaround is about 1 week from delivery to WBT, but it is an estimate, not a guarantee; volume and parts availability can extend it. Expedited service is available by quote.

D. Inspection, Warranty & Liability

  1. The Company will inspect every firearm received from WBT within 24 hours of delivery to confirm it is compliant and undamaged, and will report any issue to WBT within that 24-hour window. WBT is not responsible for shipping damage or for compliance issues not reported within 24 hours.
  2. The only warranties that apply to products sold, converted, or transferred through WBT are those provided by the manufacturer. WBT makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the products it converts, manufactures, transfers, or sells.
  3. Compliance at the point of sale is ultimately the Company’s responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company releases WBT from all claims of liability related to the conversion, sale, transfer, billing, or shipping of firearms.

E. Pricing, Payment & ACH

  1. Services are billed at WBT’s current Dealer Conversion Price List. Prices include parts and labor; return shipping is billed at actual cost. All prices and orders are subject to change at any time.
  2. Payment for any invoice may be collected by ACH debit at any time, using the account information the Company provided.
  3. Credit card payments incur a 5% service charge on the invoice total. ACH payments have no service charge.
  4. WBT-sourced firearms are priced at Gun Cost (including freight to WBT) + Conversion + a sourcing fee of 5% of that total ($50 minimum), plus shipping. Payment is collected by ACH when the Company approves the quote, which may be several weeks before the firearm is delivered.
  5. WBT sources only firearms that require California compliance work. WBT will not order firearms that are already California-compliant or require no conversion. WBT does not sell its own allocated or hard-to-find inventory to dealers.
  6. All orders are final and non-refundable. An order placed by phone, email, or online cannot be cancelled.
  7. The Company will contact WBT about any dispute over an ACH debit, payment, or invoice before initiating a chargeback or payment freeze. Resolving a payment dispute requires bank records as proof; WBT will investigate promptly and correct any error in a timely manner.
  8. If the Company initiates a chargeback that is fraudulent or made in error, it agrees to pay a $250 service charge plus the original invoice amount and any fees charged by a financial institution. Any products at WBT will be held until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Unresolved balances will be sent to collections, the account will be suspended, and further shipments will be refused or held until payment is collected.

F. Account & Confidentiality

  1. The Company will not release WBT information to the public, including phone numbers, prices, locations, affiliations, suppliers, employee names, or any other information deemed confidential by WBT or a third party.
  2. The Company will follow all MAP pricing set by the manufacturer, WBT, or the distributor of an item. A MAP violation may result in an account freeze.
  3. WBT may terminate the Company’s account for any reason, and may refuse or return any order shipped to WBT at the Company’s expense.

8. Signature
