It comes with a 0 round fixed mag and a non functional gas system. Lee Armory has been making quality AK style rifles for almost a decade. This CA Legal AK pistol comes with all the bells and whistles including a side scope mount for a variety of optics and a adaptable rear trunnion to attach various accessories.

These pistols originated as single shot AK style pistols with no gas port in the barrel. They are 100% legal to DROS to anyone in CA. They have no gas port drilled in the barrel, a zero round magazine and a fixed CompMag. Because they are built from the ground up as single shot AK pistols they are roster exemption pursuant to Penal Code 32100(B).

(b) Article 4 (commencing with Section 31900) and Article 5 (commencing with Section 32000) shall not apply to a single-shot pistol with a break top or bolt action and a barrel length of not less than six inches and that has an overall length of at least 10½ inches when the handle, frame or receiver, and barrel are assembled. However, Article 4 (commencing with Section 31900) and Article 5 (commencing with Section 32000) shall apply to a semiautomatic pistol that has been temporarily or permanently altered so that it will not fire in a semiautomatic mode.
