Canik METE MC9LS CALIFORNIA LEGAL - 9mm - FDE

Ordered this Canik once I had the pleasure of firing one in Arizona. Even though the gun I shot was the TTI Combat and not the Mete, I can’t buy the TTI as a Californian so I had faith in the company enough to get the Mete based on my experience with the quality of the TTI. It doesn’t disappoint. Just over 500 rounds through it, no jams or feeding issues and still shoots straight. I bought the LS model because I’m 6’6” and 290lbs with canned hams as hands and wanted the longer grip. I plan to carry her as my EDC, although if you plan to as well buy a holster. The provided holster is “fine” but feels a little cheap and TOO flexible. Although, try it and you might like it as it could just be my personal tastes. Service from WBT is also top notch. I’ve read reviews about waiting and complaining about making appointment times, but this IS a smaller more personal shop and anyone ever buying a gun from a big store like Sportsman’s Warehouse etc knows it takes forever to process your purchases there, so I like knowing my appointment with them means I’ll be in and out in literal minutes, which I was. For both my DROS start and pick up after the 10 days. Solid and knowledgeable dudes. I was there to even over hear a phone call of someone trying to bypass the legal system with a purchase and was shut down immediately so you know this is a legit shop that doesn’t F around. I can respect that. 10/10 for the gun and 10/10 for the service. Will use them again to buy my next gun.
