Revolvers

Revolvers are the simplest handguns to buy in California. Double-action models sit on the DOJ roster like any other handgun; single-action revolvers with at least a 3-inch barrel and a 5-round or larger cylinder are exempt from the roster entirely, which is why the cowboy-gun selection here is as deep as any store in the country. None of them need modifying, and the 10-round magazine limit never comes into play.
