The Super Duty MOD1 Heavy Barrel (HBAR), takes the Super Duty platform to the next level, with a heavy profile barrel that can handle sustained rates of fire while maintaining the accuracy and reliability the Super Duty is known for.
Both the Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), and work in concert to achieve unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Forged Stressproof Bolt is made from Carpenter 158+, directly developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to create a material that is cleaner and has less impurities. This makes the Stressproof Bolt stronger and more fatigue resistant, capable of 5 times the life of a mil-spec bolt.
The Super Duty features a precisely balanced gas system, including the bomb-proofed Super Gas Block, fine-tuned gas port sizing and Super 42 braided buffer spring. These purposefully selected components minimize felt recoil while maintaining reliable cycling, even in adverse conditions. The MOD1 features the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, offering seamless compatibility with the innovative HUXWRX FLOW series.
