SWORN LAW ENFORCEMENT: You will be granted access to off roster CA pistols. To qualify for off roster handguns, you must be an active, roster exempt peace officers. These products can only be accessed on our website after your credentials have been verified. You must be logged in to your account on our website to view options available to you. You are also eligible for a store wide 5% discount(Firearms must be CA legal/Roster Approved) such as Glock Blue Label, S&W Guardians, Sig Sauer, Remington, IWI, Beretta and more!
MILITARY & NON SWORN FIRST RESPONDER:
You will receive a store wide 5% discount(Firearms must be CA legal/Roster Approved)and also be granted access to various manufacture discounts and exclusives such as Glock Blue Label, S&W Guardians, Sig Sauer, Remington, IWI, Beretta and more!
Terms, Conditions and Program FAQs
By participating in the Military/First Responder Discount Program program, you agree to the following:
Eligibility/General Terms:
- This program is open only those who qualify as First Responders, Military or Law Enforcement.
- WBT reserves the right to determine edibility based on company policy on a case by case basis.
- Proof of eligibility is required to enroll in the program, no exceptions.
- Participation in the program is at the sole discretion of WBT Guns.
- Fraud/Straw purchases will not be tolerated.
- You Must be affiliated with one of the following:
- Active or retired Federal, State, County or City Law Enforcement with official agency credentials
- Active duty, Reserve, National Guard, retired or former military with valid military identification or DD214
- Corrections officers, including Parole and Probation Officers
- EMT’s, firefighters, volunteer firefighters and paramedics
- First Responders such as Dispatchers and other qualified positions( Contact for more details)
- State licensed armed security officers who are currently employed.
Accepted Documentation:
- Law Enforcement: Copy of valid, unexpired law enforcement department issued ID Card showing the name, rank, department name, picture and ID number signed by the CLEO.
- Active Military: Current Unexpired CAC
- Retired Military: Retired ID Card
- Former Military: DD214
- First Responder: Employer ID with your name, job title expiration date and agency/company name. (Contact for more info if you have not been issued an employer ID Card)
Offers:
- Eligible members will receive a 5% discount on firearms and accessories.
- Access to manufacture sponsored discount programs
- 5% Discounts cannot be used on sale/clearance items
- 5% Discount cannot be used on Manufacture discount program firearms
- Discount will not apply to orders over $5000.00
- Discounts not valid for state/local fees, licenses or service/labor charges.
Membership:
- Membership in the Military/First Responder Discount Program is free of charge.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.
- WBT Guns reserves the right to terminate membership or revoke discounts at any time and for any reason.
Ordering:
- Orders must be placed through WBTGuns.com using the member's personal account.
- If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please reach out to LEsales@wbtguns.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by WBT Guns.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Orders placed by customers who are not eligible members of law enforcement will be automatically cancelled.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NON REFUNDABLE UNDER THIS PROGRAM. NO EXPCEPTIONS. BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE.
- WBT Guns reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
- WBT Guns shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Law Enforcement Discount Program.
- In no event shall WBT Guns be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the program.
Modification of Terms:
- WBT Guns reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
By enrolling in the WBT Guns First Responder Discount Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the program.
