The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 is a next-generation micro-sized handgun designed to provide a compact, lightweight platform without sacrificing performance. This California Compliant model is offered exclusively through Chattanooga Shooting Supplies® and features a slim, ergonomic profile designed to provide a comfortable fit and improved control.
The Bodyguard 2.0 utilizes a striker-fired, flat-face trigger designed to provide a clean take-up, crisp break, and short reset for a consistent trigger experience. An aggressive slide design provides increased gripping surface for easier manipulation, while the reversible magazine release offers added flexibility for different users.
This micro-sized pistol features a polymer frame finished in Blue Titanium Cerakote®, paired with a stainless-steel slide featuring an Armornite finish. The stainless-steel barrel measures 2.75 inches and uses a 1:10-inch twist rate. The slim, textured grip includes a “pinky” extension for additional purchase, while the sight system combines a bright dot with tritium insert front sight and a black U-notch rear sight for rapid sight acquisition.
The Bodyguard 2.0 also incorporates a manual thumb safety, tactile loaded-chamber indicator, and magazine disconnect safety. The pistol weighs just 9.8 ounces unloaded and measures 5.5 inches overall in length, making it a highly compact option for those seeking a lightweight .380 AUTO platform. It includes two 10-round magazines.
