Trijicon RMR HD Red Dot – 1 MOA
The RMR HD is Trijicon's modernized RMR: a larger window than the Type 2, a top-loading battery so changes don't cost you your zero, and a multi-reticle system that switches between a fine dot and a dot-in-circle. It answers the two complaints people had about the original without giving up the housing that made it famous.
A 1 MOA dot is as fine as pistol optics get. It's the choice for precision work where the dot must not cover what you're aiming at — small targets, longer shots, or anyone who finds a larger dot obscures the sight picture.
A forward-facing light sensor meters the light on the target rather than behind the shooter, which matters when you're moving from bright outdoor light into a dark interior. Built for duty and carry use where the optic has to work without thought.
