Warne Horizontal Maxima Scope Rings – 30mm, Medium, Steel, Black
Warne has built scope mounts in Oregon since 1991, and their reputation rests on steel rings that hold zero on rifles that punish lesser hardware. Scope rings are the part of the system nobody thinks about until the zero walks. These clamp the scope tube to the base and hold it through recoil, which is a harder job than it looks on a rifle that actually gets shot.
It fits both Picatinny and Weaver rails, which covers nearly everything with a cross-slot rail on top. Sized for a 30mm tube, now the most common size on modern scopes because the larger tube allows more elevation travel. Medium height is the usual answer for a standard hunting scope — enough clearance for a typical 40mm to 44mm objective without raising the scope more than necessary. Steel construction adds weight but resists deformation under clamping force better than aluminum, which is why it stays popular on hard-kicking rifles.
