MDT M-LOK Picatinny Accessory Rails - 1.5 M-LOK Picatinny Rail is a handguard.
Match the handguard to your barrel nut system and length to your gas block: a free-float handguard needs to cover the gas block or stop short of it. Check accessory mounting (M-LOK, KeyMod or Picatinny) against the lights and grips you plan to run.
