About this muzzle brake

SilencerCo Asr Muzzle Brake M18X1 .338CAL is a muzzle brake.

Match the thread pitch to your barrel (1/2x28 on most 5.56 and 9mm barrels, 5/8x24 on most .308 and 6.5mm) and the bore to your caliber. A device that is too small for the bullet is dangerous.

California note: a muzzle brake is not a listed feature, so it works on featureless and fixed-magazine rifles alike. More brakes are in our muzzle brake section; see the California Rifle Compliance Guide for how each build works.

Manufacturer details

This 3-port muzzle brake is compatible with the Specwar/Omega ASR mounting system. It offers one hand on, one hand off attachment/detachment. The 3-port design effectively reduces felt recoil and muzzle climb.
