The Armaspec AR-15 B1 Extended Magazine Releases is a replacement part.
Hate how small and hard-to-engage the mil-spec magazine release is on your AR-15? Stop fiddling with an imperfect design and get a mag release that makes sense in the form of the Armaspec B1 Extended Mag Release. This enhances the overall length of the mag release, which makes it much easier to release a magazine without shifting your firing grip. The magazine release will fit all standard 5.56/.223 or 7.62/.308 AR lower receivers.
