About this pistol barrel

Battle Arms Development Lightweight Barrel, 9MM, 5.25" Long, 1/2X36 Thread Pitch, Fits AR Pattern Rifles and is a pistol barrel for AR rifles, 5.25 in.

Match the pistol model, generation and slide length exactly; a barrel one generation off will not lock up correctly. Drop-in barrels fit most factory slides, while match-grade barrels may need a gunsmith to fit the hood and lug.

California note: a threaded barrel is a listed feature on a semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine. Installing one on that kind of pistol in California turns it into an assault weapon, so California buyers should choose a non-threaded barrel for those guns.
