About this compensator
Bravo Company A2X BCM-A2X is a compensator for the 1/2X28 for .223/5.56.
Thread pitch and bore diameter are the two things to confirm: the device has to match your barrel's threads and be bored for your caliber or larger.
California note: California defines a flash suppressor by what it does: any muzzle device designed or intended to reduce or redirect muzzle flash. A compensator that only reduces muzzle rise is treated like a brake and works on a featureless rifle; a hybrid that also claims flash reduction counts as a flash hider. The A2X is an extended version of the A2 flash hider found on the M16 and M4 series of rifles. It is machined from 4150 steel with a phosphate coat and predrilled hole at the base for permanent installation.
