This Ed Brown bobtail mainspring housing is designed for 1911 frames with a bobtail cut. The bobtail profile rounds off the bottom rear of the grip for more comfortable carry. This version is stainless steel with a checkered face for a secure grip. Fitting to the frame may be required.
