CZ -USA 19011 Weaver Adapter Matte Black Steel Fits CZ 550 is a scope base for bolt-action rifles.
Match the ring or mount diameter to your scope tube (1 inch, 30mm or 34mm) and the height to your objective size and cheek weld. A mount that is too low will not clear the objective; one that is too high gives a poor head position.
