The Ghost grip plug kit for the Glock 43X and 48 fills the opening at the back of the grip behind the magazine well. It blocks debris from getting into the pistol's mechanism through that gap. It installs by simply pushing it into the heel opening of the frame, where it is held by a friction fit.
