A complete upper includes a barrel, so we ship it to a licensed dealer only: free pickup at our La Mesa store, or the California gun store you choose at checkout. Match the pattern to your lower (AR-15, or DPMS versus Armalite on an AR-10) and check whether the bolt carrier group and charging handle are included.
