Liberty Precision Machine Eclipse, Flash Hider, 30 Caliber, 1/2X28 Thread Pitch, Compatible with .900"-24 is a flash hider for .30 Caliber.
Match the thread pitch to your barrel (1/2x28 on most 5.56 and 9mm barrels, 5/8x24 on most .308 and 6.5mm) and the bore to your caliber. A device that is too small for the bullet is dangerous.
California note: a flash hider is a listed feature on a semi-automatic centerfire rifle with a detachable magazine. It works on a fixed-magazine (MagLock or CompMag) build. On a featureless rifle it is replaced with a thread protector or a muzzle brake. See the California Rifle Compliance Guide.
