This Proof Research barrel is chambered in .308 Win with a 16.5-inch length and a 1:10 twist, the standard rate for common .308 bullet weights. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for a brake, flash hider or suppressor mount. The short length keeps a .308 rifle handy for hunting from a blind or a vehicle. The distributor listing does not name the rifle platform, so confirm fitment for part 138687.
