The Proof Research PR15 PXT in this version is an 18-inch .223 Wylde barrel for the AR-15 with a 1:7 twist. The 18-inch length adds velocity for longer-range shooting, and the .223 Wylde chamber runs both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. It is a good fit for a precision or designated-marksman style rifle.
