Tacfire .223/5.56 A2 Bird Cage Muzzle Brake 1/2X28 Steel Black is a flash hider for AR-15.
Thread pitch and bore diameter are the two things to confirm: the device has to match your barrel's threads and be bored for your caliber or larger.

Bird cage A2 style muzzle brake is made of all steel construction with a heat treated erosion resistant Black oxide finish. It comes with a 1/2"x28 thread pitch. Featuring both side and top ports the brake helps to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise.
