The Tandemkross Accelerator Forward Thumb Ledge gives your support-hand thumb a solid resting point on the Ruger Mark IV 22/45. A consistent thumb position helps control the pistol and track the sights, which is why thumb rests are popular for rimfire competition and plinking. It is finished in black.
