Volquartsen Custom Extended Bolt Handle and Recoil Rod Assembly for 10/22 Silver is a charging handle for Ruger 10/22.
AR-15 and AR-10 charging handles are different lengths and are not interchangeable. Ambidextrous handles help left-handed shooters and anyone running a large optic; extended latches make it easier to charge the rifle with the support hand.

Precision Ground A2 Recoil Rod: Eliminates that rough gritty feel and provides noticeably smoother cycling. The rod is heat-treated as a solid rod then ground eliminating any distortion that may take place during heat-treating.
Extended Steel Bolt Handle: It is extended 0.25" for faster and easier manipulation. CNC-machined on a swiss-screw machine from 416 SS for optimal tolerances fit and finish.
Easy Spring Changes: Volquartsen's standard spring is installed but you can quickly swap springs for customized performance. (Includes standard reduced and heavy power springs)
Combining a smoother recoil rod and an extended handle creates a more enjoyable shooting experience.
Note: It is recommended that the recoil rod assembly be tightened to snug prior to installation.
