About this scope base
Weaver's TO-9S tip-off adapter base mounts on a Ruger 10/22 receiver and gives you 3/8 in grooves plus crossbolt slots. It works with Weaver tip-off rings or detachable top-mount rings. It's a one-piece silver base that matches stainless receivers. Choose it if you want to run classic rimfire rings instead of a Picatinny rail.
