Harrington & Richardson brings another blast from the past with this lightweight Government Carbine. The H&R "Special Forces COTS" M16A2 lower, M16A2 upper, and pencil profile barrel make this a light, handy rifle perfect for commandos in the jungle, or general lightweight plinking. The combination of 1/7 twist barrel and A2 sights allow you to sling heavy bullets at longer ranges. Some have suggested using as a base for your "Blood Diamond" clone builds.
