Ruger is pleased to introduce the Ruger Mini-14. This model is reminiscent of classic side-folding Mini-14 rifles originally produced in the mid-1970s. The walnut stock features a stainless stock made from original Ruger casting tooling and an injection molded polymer grip. The 18.5" matte stainless steel barrel is threaded for the easy installation of a compliant muzzle device. Updated to compliment the stock, this model features 1" sling loops located on the left side of the new gas block and the rear of the stock. Other features include a ghost ring rear aperture sight and a non-glare, protected blade front sight with bayonet lug.
- Simple, rugged, Garand-style action with breech bolt locking system, a fixed-piston gas system and self-cleaning moving gas cylinder
- Threaded barrel is cold hammer-forged
- Integral scope mounts, machined directly on the solid steel receiver, provide a stable mounting surface for included scope rings
- Accurate sighting system with ghost ring rear aperture sight and a non-glare, protected blade front sight with bayonet lug
- Receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting the included Picatinny rail
