Vortex Defender-CCW Red Dot – 3 MOA
The Defender-CCW is Vortex's carry optic, built on the RMSc footprint that most slim carry guns are cut for. A shrouded housing protects the lens from the impacts that crack exposed glass.
A 3 MOA dot is the most common choice for good reason. Bigger than a 2 MOA for faster pickup under stress, small enough for accurate work at any realistic defensive distance.
Controls sit on the side rather than the rear, so they stay accessible with the optic mounted. Motion activation keeps the dot ready without draining the battery in a holster. Backed by Vortex's VIP warranty, which is unconditional and transferable — a real part of the value on a carry optic.
