About this build kit
PSA Rifle Kit 16" Mid-Length M-LOK MOE Rifle Kit w/MBUS Sights CALIFORNIA LEGAL - .223/5.56 is a build kit: everything needed to assemble the rifle except the stripped lower receiver.
This kit includes a complete upper with a barrel, so we ship it to a licensed dealer only: free pickup at our La Mesa store, or the California gun store you choose at checkout. The lower receiver is the serialized part and is bought separately through a dealer. If you are building a California rifle, the finished rifle has to be configured as fixed-magazine or featureless; the California Rifle Compliance Guide explains both, and we can configure the finished rifle at our Yuma, Arizona warehouse if you buy the lower from us.
