The Combat Armory knurled thread protector covers and protects 1/2x28 barrel threads when no muzzle device is installed. It is machined from aerospace-grade material with a black finish and fits any 1/2x28 threaded barrel, the common thread pitch on 9mm barrels (including 9mm conversion barrels) and many .223/5.56 barrels.
