Holosun 407C X3 Green Dot – 2 MOA
The 407C X3 is the 2026 update to one of the most-mounted pistol optics on the market. Where the 507C gives you a switchable circle, the 407C keeps it to a single clean dot. Nothing to toggle, nothing to accidentally change under stress.
This version uses a green reticle. The human eye is most sensitive to green, so the same brightness setting reads noticeably crisper — worth the small premium if you shoot in bright daylight or have trouble picking up a red dot. A 2 MOA dot is the precision choice. It covers two inches at 100 yards, so it doesn't hide a small target, and it's fine enough to shoot groups with rather than just point with.
The X3 generation brings a modernized 7075-T6 housing and a forward-facing light sensor that reads the light on your target. Solar Failsafe keeps the reticle alive off ambient light if the battery dies, and the side tray means a battery change doesn't cost you your zero. The RMR footprint fits the widest range of slides and adapter plates available.
