The 407 COMP is Holosun's stripped-down competition sight: a big 1.1 by 0.87-inch window and one 6 MOA dot. No circle, no toggling. On a timer, a large window and a bold dot beat a feature list every time.
The gold reticle reads with more contrast than red in bright light and against busy backgrounds, without the premium that green usually carries. A 6 MOA dot is built for speed. The larger dot catches your eye faster on the draw and under stress, and at the distances most defensive shooting happens, the extra size costs you nothing in practical accuracy.
A single CR1632 sits in a side tray that comes out without pulling the optic, so a battery change between stages doesn't cost you a zero. The aluminum housing uses the RMR footprint, so it drops onto the same slides and plates as the rest of Holosun's full-size line.
