Shield Sights AMSc Red Dot – 4 MOA
The AMSc is Shield's Advanced Mini Sight in compact form, and it's the result of years of UK military rifle testing. It blends the sealed toughness of the RMSw with the switchable reticles of the SIS2, in an enclosed-emitter housing.
A 4 MOA dot favors speed. It's easy to find fast on the draw, and at carry distances the extra size costs nothing meaningful in accuracy.
Front and rear elements are glass with an acrylic inner reflective lens, and there are no colored filters to tint the view. It's nitrogen sealed and submersible to 30 feet for 30 minutes. The battery is external, so no unmounting to change it, and Shield's hollow-bridge rear sight is machined into the housing to line up with most front sights. Mounting height is set for standard-height irons.
