Their mounting hardware has been the affordable, available answer on American hunting rifles for generations. A set of rings is the connection between your optic and your rifle, and it's where a precision setup quietly falls apart if the machining isn't right.
It clamps to a Picatinny rail, the MIL-STD-1913 slot pattern used on virtually every modern rifle, so mounting position is adjustable along the rail. Sized for a 30mm tube, now the most common size on modern scopes because the larger tube allows more elevation travel. High rings give clearance for large objective bells, 50mm and up, or for a rifle with a tall comb. The trade is a higher sight line over the bore. Aluminum construction keeps weight down without giving up the rigidity a mount needs.
