The Browning BAR MK4 Hunter Composite is a gas-piston autoloading big-game rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a 22" fluted, non-reflective matte barrel and a drilled and tapped alloy receiver. The black composite stock has overmolded gripping panels, a raised SoftFlex cheekpad, shim adjustment for cast and drop, and an Inflex recoil pad. A seven-lug rotating bolt, action bar/inertia block link-up and integral buffering system are standard, and it feeds from a detachable box magazine.
