Single-Action & Roster-Exempt Handguns

Not every handgun has to be on the roster. Single-action revolvers with a barrel of at least 3 inches, an overall length of at least 7.5 inches and a cylinder holding at least 5 rounds are exempt, which is how a Ruger Vaquero, a Cimarron Model P or a Colt Single Action Army can be sold here with no roster listing at all. A few other paths exist (curio-and-relic handguns, law-enforcement purchases, private-party transfers of off-roster guns), and some listings on this page are sold under them; the listing states which applies. Everything here ships in the configuration the manufacturer built.
