Trijicon builds mounting hardware to the same standard as their optics, which is to say it's specified for duty use rather than range use. Scope rings are the part of the system nobody thinks about until the zero walks. These clamp the scope tube to the base and hold it through recoil, which is a harder job than it looks on a rifle that actually gets shot.
It clamps to a Picatinny rail, the MIL-STD-1913 slot pattern used on virtually every modern rifle, so mounting position is adjustable along the rail. Sized for a 34mm tube, typical of long-range scopes where maximum elevation travel matters more than weight. Low rings sit the scope as close to the bore as the objective allows, which gives the most natural cheek weld and the least holdover error at close range. Make sure your objective bell clears the barrel. Aluminum construction keeps weight down without giving up the rigidity a mount needs.
