The IWI Tavor X95 is a 5.56 NATO bullpup using a long-stroke gas piston and closed rotating bolt. Its cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel has a 1:7 twist and 1/2x28 muzzle threads. Updates over the original Tavor SAR include a 5-6 lb trigger pack, an AR-style ambidextrous magazine release position, a forward-relocated charging handle, a smaller bolt release and a modular pistol grip. Folding backup sights with a tritium front post are included.
