Warne has built scope mounts in Oregon since 1991, and their reputation rests on steel rings that hold zero on rifles that punish lesser hardware. This is a complete mounting solution in one piece — no separate base to buy, no alignment to fuss over, and one less interface that can move under recoil.
It clamps to a Picatinny rail, the MIL-STD-1913 slot pattern used on virtually every modern rifle, so mounting position is adjustable along the rail. Sized for a 34mm tube, typical of long-range scopes where maximum elevation travel matters more than weight. Steel construction adds weight but resists deformation under clamping force better than aluminum, which is why it stays popular on hard-kicking rifles.
