The DS Arms VOYAGER Series Rifle is our entry level FAL type metric model with the same great features of the famous tilting bolt 7.62 NATO history making rifle.

This entry level FAL type rifle features the type 3 receiver which has every surface 100% milled from 4140 fully heat treated steel. Polymer furniture, last shot bolt hold open device, adjustable gas regulator and easy break open upper to lower receiver. Entire rifle carries the DS Arms limited lifetime warranty.

Some of the items that separate it from the traditional SA58 rifles are a Non Bi Pod cut barrel, a one piece Holland style rear sight, a three prong flash hider and NOS, (New Old Stock) Steyr pistol grip & buttstock, all other Parts U.S. Made by DS Arms. The Voyager Series Rifle has a manganese phosphate finish on all steel parts and hard coat anodized finish on all aluminum parts for lasting & durable protection. The SA58 differs as it has a Matte Black Duracoat paint finish baked over the fore mentioned coatings. The Type 3 upper receiver features a carry Handle Cut (carry Handle not included). Our Type 3 receiver is no different in material, manufacture, heat treat or function than the Type 1 or Type 2 receiver, but simply does not include the additional cosmetic machined lightening cuts that the other two receiver types have.
