How It Works
Local to San Diego? Call or email to schedule an appointment and bring your frame in person: sales@wbtguns.com.
Outside the area? We’ve got you covered. We’ll send you a FedEx shipping label to send your frame to us, and we’ll ship it back to you the same way once the work is done.
No FFL transfer needed on the return. If you already own the frame, an FFL isn’t required — WBT is the FFL, so we can legally ship your frame directly back to your home.
Once we receive your pistol, our staff calls you to go over the order and make sure everyone’s on the same page. When the work is complete, you’ll receive photos of the finished frame along with an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we ship your pistol back to you.
