All the classic details of the time honored original are reproduced in today's semi-auto Thompson 1927-A1. This .45 caliber carbine features a finned barrel and genuine American walnut woodwork. It has a blade front sight with an open rear adjustable sight. This Deluxe Semi-Auto model has a pinned compensator for an 18" barrel length. I shot this weapon for the first time on Tuesday and it was a riot! It is one of, if not the best weapon I have ever shot! Accurate fire and rapid semi. I was so taken with it.
